As you know the Punjab Government has inaugurated the new housing Scheme for the Punjab residents. These residents must have 5 to 10 mala land. The Punjab Government will give interest-free loans maximum amount of Rs. 1.5 million. The borrower will have to repay the amount in 7 years in equal monthly installments.

Applicant is a permanent resident of Punjab as per his/her CNIC.

Applicant is the sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas and land up to 10 Marla in rural areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, wherein they intend to build his/her house.

Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities heinous crimes, etc.

Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution/ bank etc.

The applicant is registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) in a household having a PMT score of 60 or less.
