Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division issued a Notification on 20-08-2024 in connection with Scholarships / Stipend Awards 2024-25 to Children of Federal Govt Employees. The Federal Government employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 can apply for these scholarships. The details are as follows:

Scholarships / Stipend Awards 2024-25 to Children of Federal Govt Employees

The government of Pakistan Establishment Divisions Staff Welfare Organization (CH.Rehmat Ali Community Centre) issued the Notification. Application on prescribed terms is invited for Stipend Awards to the children of Serving. Retired and Families of Decreed Federal Government Employees studying in various Government educational institutions for the Financial Year 2024-25. The children of the Employees of Pakistan Post Office. Pak Telecom Company Ltd Pakistan Railways, NADRA, MES. Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous Bodies. Banks and Corporations and those paid out of Defense Estimates are not eligible.

Estimated Cost of the Scholarship Forms BPS Wise

Stipend will be awarded as detailed below:-

i) Basic Pay Scale Class of Entitlement Cost of Form

BPS 1-4 From 5^th Class onward Rs.05/-

BPS 5-16 From 6^th Class onward Rs.10/-

BS 17-22 From 11^th Class onward Rs.10/-

BPS 1-22 Huffaz & Merit Rs.10/-

Hafiz-e-Quran-e-Pak and 80% Marks Criteria

ii) Cash Awards for the children of Federal Government Employees who have completed Hafiz-e-Quran-e-Pak during the year 2023-24 up to the age of 20 years on 31-10-2024 on 31-10-2024 duly certified by Auqaf Deptt (Distt. Khateeb).

iii) Cash Awards to the children of Federal Government Employees who have obtained 80% or more marks in the last year’s Board/University’s final Examination in Matric, F.A/F.Sc or / Associate Degree.

The prescribed application forms along with detailed conditions of eligibility can be obtained from the following Regional Offices of the Staff Organization and submitted up to 31-10-2024:-

The last Date for the receipt of application forms (duly completed in all respects) in the Regional Office Concerned is 31-10-2024. Incomplete forms and those received after the due date will not be considered.
