eI am sharing the Application Form for Interest Free Loan KPK Employees 2024-25. The KPk Government is granting the loan for the following advances:
- House Building Advance Loan
- Motorcycle Advance Loan
- Motorcar Advance Loan
- Cycle Advance Loan
The details are as follows:
HBA, MCA Application Form for Interest-Free Loan KPK Employees 2024-25
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government is working to ensure the welfare of KP employees. The government aims to grant interest-free loans to employees. The employees will have to pay no interest on the advance amount for purchasing a House Building, Motorcycle, Motorcar, or Cycle advance. The KPK Government has already issued the Interest-Free Loan HBA, MCA, and Cycle Advance ad. I am now sharing the application form for these loans/advances.
Amount of loan for HBA, MCA, and Cycle KP Civil Servants
- Eligibility criteria, mode of installment, and amount of loan in each category are as under:-

Basic Terms and Conditions for Advances
- The employees will deposit the installments without any break. In case of default in repayment, interest rates for the GP Fund the department will charg.
iii. There will be no quota, special consideration, etc., in any case, and all lists prepared for the purpose in the past will be deemed canceled.
- Deputationists will not be eligible for the grant of the Interest Fee Loan Scheme.
- A loan will be admissible only in one of the categories mentioned in (i) of the Terms and conditions. However, after the period expires and the installments are returned, another loan can be granted.
- The Department will grant loans only to Government Employees who are not availing of the loan facility from the existing scheme duly certified by the concerned DDO.
vii. Any employee availing the facility of the Interest-Free Loan Scheme will only be relieved from services in case of resignation, pre-mature retirement, termination, etc, after the recovery of all the dues.
viii. In case of death service for Florence Government employees, the remaining installments shall be waived in consultation with the Finance department.
Ix. The application forms of Civil Secretariat employees and their Attached Department shall be enlisted/scrutinized by the Benevolent Fund Section Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar (on DESP), application of the Provincial Government Employees working in various Districts. Tribal Districts shall be enlisted. scrutinized by the Deputy Commissioners concerned (on DESP), and application of Attached Departments shall be enlisted by their respective Provincial Offices (on DESP); Data Entry Software Programme (DESP) is available on the Benevolent Fund website www.bfkp.org.
