- Incomplete and late received applications shall not be entertained.
- The list of short-listed candidates will be uploaded on the website www.smzanicq.com.pk
- The date of the interview will be communicated after the shortlisting of candidates on the SMBZAN ICQ website.
- The short-listed candidates are required to bring one complete set of attested documents along with their CNIC, CV, two passport-size photographs, an experience letter, and original documents. Candidates with incomplete documents will not be entertained.
- The selected candidates will be offered contract appointment for a period of 01 years, extendable on a performance basis. His / Her service shall initially be on probation for a period of three months after joining as per SMBZAN ICQ regulations.
- The quota reserved for females, disabled persons, and minority will be observed accordingly.
