The Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 12-11-2024 in connection with Holidays in All Punjab Govt Schools and Colleges (Inter) from 13-11-2024. The higher secondary schools will also remain closed as per the Notification. As per the recent notification by the Higher Education Department, the Colleges will also observe holidays until 17 November 2024.

NO.SO(A-I)1-31/2022: pursuant to order date 12-11-2024 of Director General Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Government of Punjab, and in continuation of this department’s earlier notification dated 03-11-2024 and 06-11-2024, in the wake of prevailing smog conditions and reduced visibility, it is hereby notified that all educational institutions (Public/Private), including private tuition centers upto Higher Secondary level (12^th Grade) in the Province of Punjab, shall remain closed w.e.f 13^th November  2024 (Tuesday) till 17^th November 2024 (Sunday) and will shift to online model.

Latest Updates Holidays In Universities/Colleges and Schools wef 17 Nov 2024 to One Week More

As per the news, the Punjab Government has also decided to close schools, colleges, and universities in various parts of Punjab. The Government of Punjab may issue the Notification tonight as of 25 Nov 2024. So, wait for the notification. I shall share the same on this website as soon as I get the Notification.

Previously, the School Education Department of Punjab issued a Notification for Holidays in 4 Divisions of Schools/Colleges in Punjab. Now, the Punjab Government has decided to close all schools/colleges across the province until 12th grade.
