Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 12-11-2024 in connection with Holidays in All Punjab Govt Schools and Colleges (Inter) wef 13-11-2024. The Higher Secondary Schools will also remain closed as per the Notification. The Notification for Colleges (Inter Classes) is awaited yet.

Holidays in All Punjab Govt Schools and Colleges (Inter) wef 13-11-2024

NO.SO(A-I)1-31/2022: pursuant to order date 12-11-2024 of Director General Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Government of Punjab and in continuation of this department’s earlier notification dated 03-11-2024 and 06-11-2024, in the wake of prevailing smog conditions and reduced visibility, it is hereby notified that all educational institutions (Public/Private), including private tuition centres upto Higher Secondary level (12^th Grade) in the Province of the Punjab, shall remain closed w.e.f 13^th November  2024 (Tuesday) till 17^th November 2024 (Sunday) and will shift to online model.

Previously School Education Department Punjab issued a Notification for Holidays in 4 Divisions of Schools/Colleges in Punjab. Now Punjab Government has decided to closes all schools/collges across the province till 12th cLass.
