I am sharing the chart of Increase in Salary All Government Employees (BPS-01 to BPS-22) wef 01-12-2024. The Government employees will increase their Basic Pay as well as Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 on 1st December 2024. The employees will get the Annual Increment on completing at least 6 months of service as of 1st December. Last year, the employees of all provinces and the federal government also got an increase in salary on 1st December 2023 due to the 2023 Annual Increment.
Increase in Salary All Government Employees (BPS-01 to BPS-22) wef 01-12-2024
I have prepared the salary increase chart for Punjab, Federal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, AJK, GB, and Sindh Government Employees. All the employees will get the annual increment on 1st Dec 2024 as per the rules, except for some categories of employees. The Finance Division Government of Pakistan issued the Notification Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024 on 1st July 2024. As per the Notification, the ARA-2024 is on the running basic pay, and the Finance Division did not freeze it. So, this allowance will also increase as the basic pay of the employees will increase on 1st Dec 2024 due to Annual Increment 2024. The chart is as follows:

Who will not get the annual increment in 2024 and the increase in ARA 2024?
The following employees will not get the Annual Increment 2024 and hence the increase in ARA-2024 with effect from 1st December 2024:
- Employees who got the appointment on or after 2nd June 2024
- Who got a promotion, up-gradation, or time scale promotion on or after 2nd June 2024 (They can get the annual increment using the option).
- The employees who got a penalty for the stoppage of the annual increment in 2024 due to Disciplinary Action, etc.
