Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals against the PSDP-funded development project titled “ Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme” on a contract basis:-

Procedure to Apply and T&Cs
- Applications are required to apply online through the HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk. There is no need to send a hard copy of V. and documents.
- Tests will be conducted at the candidates’ nearest location (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore Quetta & Peshawar).
- Interviews of eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted via audio/video conferencing at the nearing possible locations of the candidates: Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar.
- Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channels. Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included. Further age relaxation will be provided as per government rules.
- The experience as part-time, horary, apprentice, and entree (as a part of the study) will not be considered/counted as experience.
- Selectee can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason and to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
- The last date for submission of the online application is 05-12-2024. Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.
