Terms and conditions

1. Application on the prescribed form duly filed in all respects along with bio-data and attested Academic/experience records must reach the office of the Dean, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Bloch-IV Phrase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar, within two (2) weeks of the latest publication of this advertisement in the newspapers.
2. Application forms can be downloaded from the college website, www.kgmc.edu.pk.
3. Processing fee amounting to Rs 1,000/- (not refundable) should be deposited with the cashier (Account Selection ) iN KGMC Peshawar.
4. The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI_ Act 2015.
5. Applicants having incomplete documents will not be entertained.
6. Selected candidates will serve KGMC, Peshawar, under a probation period of one (1) year, which is extendable but not exceeding two (2) years.
7. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
8. If the number of candidates is very high, candidates may be shortlisted either based on their pre-interview marks or on an Entry Test.
9. In the case of an entry Test taken to shortlist the candidates, its marks will have no weightage in the total aggregate marks.
10. Applications must reach the office on or before the last date during office hours as outined in Para-1, if the closing date fixed of rht erecipt of application form falls on and offica holiday, the next working day shall be considered the closing date. An application after the closing time and date shall stand rejected.
11. The KHMC Security Committee is competent to reject incomplete applications. However, aggrieved candidates can appeal to the KHMC’s Competent authority for review. The decision of the Competent authority is final.
12. Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
13. No TA/DA is admissible.
