Terms & Conditions
- Both Male/Female applicants having domicile in the Province of Punjab can apply.
- Appointment shall be made on a contract basis, under “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004” (amended till date) initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In the case of “O” Level & “A” Level equivalence certificates must also be submitted.
- Special Persons (Differently able Persons) shall attach proof of registration from the social welfare department along with a disability certificate.
- Applicants must present original documents at the time of the interview.
- The age and experience of the candidates will be calculated on the last date of submission of the application.
- Age relaxation in the upper age limit shall be dealt with as per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD notification and recruitment policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per the Recruitment policy, 2022.
- Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit following “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004/Recruitment Policy, 2022” and instructions issued from time to time by the Government of Punjab.
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, they must have to submit a separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Govt. Service should apply through their departments along with NOC.
- Only the degrees issued by the University/Institute recognized by the HEC are reputed foreign Universities with HEC equivalence will be considered. The degree program must be HEC recognized on or before the closing date of the advertisement.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process or during service.
- Complete original documents along with a set of attested copies will be provided by the short-listed applicant at the time of the interview. Candidates will bring all the degrees attested by HEC. If the candidate fails to do so, they will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
- The department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts, at any level without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA shall be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all the requirements of the rules as mentioned above.
- Candidates shall have to obtain 50% marks in NTS to pass the test. However, shortlisting for interviews shall be made on the merit criteria defined by the Department.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing the NTS test will be called for an interview and informed accordingly.
