Reference Arrow 2017-09—No. 11 Date: If both parents are permanent employees of the Punjab Government, then both of them can apply for a stipend separately for their eligible children.
All employees of the Punjab Government should submit their children’s application on the proposed application from the concerned office through the head of the neighborhood after getting it verified by the head of the educational institution as per below:-
Copy of student ID card form, Copy of attested copies of the identity card of the student’s father or guardian, or the identity card of the guardian
Attested copy of computerized pay slip of December 2024 or January 2025 of serving government employee/attested copy of Pension Book in case of retired employee.
Certificate and Registration number for the students of Private educational institutions for the year 2025-24 so that their institutions should have affiliation with the Board of Universities.
