Only applications are invited from the eligible candidates having domicile holder of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for recruitment through the Education Testing Evaluation Authority (ETRA) against the following regular posts under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (APT) Rules, 1989.

Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect lit any stage of the recruitment process. They will be disqualified by the Appointing. Authority.
2. MI the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing FCC for any post, such candidates will have to print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Saltulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Interview call letters will be issued to short-listed candidates only.
4. Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by E1 A.
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
7. Relaxation of the ad will be admissible as per the existing Govt. Rules,
8. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
9. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate frt.
10. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel any application without assigning any reason.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test interviews.
12. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from IIEC must be provided.
13. Errors/omissions in several posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply?

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.eten.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number. Project code & candidate personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through the Easy Paisa app or Agent. Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UK Bank via UI3L 011N1 agent.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank’s desired stamp with you and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After the online application, don’t send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office, copies of testimonials: documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Availability of online Application Form www.eten.edu.pk un 8″ Jan. 2025.
7. The last date for submission of online Application is 24“ Jon. 7025.
8. Candidates will be informed through SN1S by ETF.A to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.eten.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/convened mobile numbers.
9. The test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening tests through postal/courier means.
11. Applications of all those candidates who do not meet the required criteria/qualifications shall not be entertained.
