Siba Testing Services (STS), on behalf of the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications for the positions of monitoring Assistant BPS-14 (district basis). Eligible applicants must have a document of the concerned districts and be permanently residing in Sondh province, this position is initially temporary, but it is likely to be confirmed based on performance in the Future. The required qualification and, Residence and some other criteria are as follows:

Terms and Conditions & How to Apply?

 

  1. Interested candidates should submit an online application at the SIBA Testing Services (STS) Portal against the position at apply.sts.net.pk (No manual form will be accepted).
  2. Candidates must upload CNIC (front and back side) and domicile. PRC/Form-D, one recent photograph, and all academic documents with percentage/marks certificate, of the university concerned, or any certification and license if required, on the portal when applying online. Note: Completion of degrees is mandatory. Appearance certificate will not be accepted.
  3. Candidates with disability are required to upload a CNIC featuring a “Wheel Chair’ logo issued by NADRA and a disability certificate issued by DEPD.
  4. Candidates must hold a valid motorcycle driving license.
  5. The applicants should apply for the post of Monitoring Assistant (BPS-14) against the concerned District, subject to availability of vacancy. (Lists of district-wise vacancy positions are also uploaded on the official website of SE&LD).
  6. Statutory quotas will be maintained as per applicable Rules and Policies (i.e. Minority, disabled, etc.) of the Government of Sindh.
  7. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs.1500!= (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the My ABL App. Alternatively, candidates may use the 1 Bill reference number to pay through the Internet banking portal of any 1 Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable).
  8. All relevant documents must be issued on or prior to the closing date. Eligibility criteria regarding age. qualifications, and domicile will be determined as of the advertisements last date.

 

More Instructions and Guidance

 

  • The submitted domicile and PRC-D with the application shall be considered final. No change will be entertained, thereafter, on any account whatsoever.
  • Incomplete applications and documents shall not be entertained/processed after the closing date.
  • Providing fictitious, exaggerated, or misleading information shall result in rejection of the application and termination of employment at any stage.
  • Passing the written/objective test alone, shall not guarantee the job. The applicant shall have to fulfill all other terms and conditions as per policy notified by the SE&LD.
  • No TA/DA will be called for a test/interview.
  • The SE&LD reserves the right to add, delete, or re-allocate the vacancy position of Monitoring Assistant (BS-14).
  • General age relaxation shall be applicable as per the Government of Sindh rules.
  • Candidates already in Government Service fulfilling the condition of eligibility criteria can also apply through the proper channel.
  • Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and avoid mentioning numbers converted to any other network.
  • The date, time, and venue of the test shall be intimated through online call letters, SMS, and the website of SIBA Testing Services (STS). Further, all updates and notifications about the test date, admit slips, result announcements, or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS portal/website as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal website from time to time.
  • No query shall be entertained one week before the written test schedule.
