Procedure to Apply and Terms and Conditions
- Complete applications along with the attested copies of all testimonials (Matric, Inter, Bachelor, Master marksheet), and any other certificates, experience certificates, three latest photographs, Domicile, and National Identity Card should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore-54600, till 16.01.2025 (01:00 P.M.).
Incomplete applications will not be entertained in any case. - Persons already in Government service should route their application through the proper channel as applicable, with clearance from the parent department.
- The application form can be downloaded from the website www.skzmdc.edu.pk. Processing and application fee of Rs. 500/- shall be submitted in any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Dean, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore (branch code-1707), Account No. 3154820902 National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore, and forms can be sent through couriers to the above-cited address.
- 2% disabled quota, 5% minority quota, 10% women quota, and transgender quota will be observed as per Federal Government Rules.
- Application forms are also available from the office of the Accounts Section, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, on payment of the above-mentioned fee (during duty hours).
- Applications received after the last date of advertisement will not be considered. A separate complete application is necessary for each post applied for.
- The number of vacancies can be increased, decreased, redistributed, or reallocated by the competent authority without any notice.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. The date and place of the test/interview will be communicated through courier.
- No TA/DA will be admissible if called for the interview and the first joining.
- The original copy of the bank challan should be attached to the application form.
- The selection will be made on merit according to the Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute Rules & Regulations.
