- Application must be sent through the Punjab Government Job Portal and also via courier service, along with a CV, two recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of academic and experience certificates, domicile, and CNIC, with complete details given on the prescribed proforma application form to reach the office of the section officer, special monitoring Unit (SMU), I & C wing, Govt. of Punjab. S&GAD is located at 5-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore.
