The Director General Nursing Punjab Lahore has issued the Notice for LHV Course 2025-27 Punjab Admission Open. Candidates all over Punjab can apply for the Lady Health Visitor Course Session 2025-2027. The details are as follows:

The DG Nursing Lahore invites applications for admissions in the Year Lady Health Visitor Course Session 2025-27 for the residents of Punjab province.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects).
- F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks from any recognized Board.
- The applying candidate should have an I.D. Card/B.Form.
- The applying candidate should have a domicile in Punjab.
- Hafiz-e-Quran Candidate should have a Certificate from a Registered Institution.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from any Medical Officer.
- The maximum age limit is 35 years which the authorities shall calculate till the last date of application. (No age relaxation the candidates will get beyond the permitted age limit of 35 years in any case under any circumstances).
Criteria for Determining Merit
- The Department will male the merit based on marks of F.Sc. (Premedical).
- In case two or more candidates have equal marks in F.Sc. (Premedical), then the merit shall be determined based on obtained marks in Matric with Science.
- In case two or more candidates have equal marks in F.Sc. (Premedical) as well as in Matric (with Science), then merit will be determined based on seniority for the upper age of the candidate.
- In case all marks/parameters given above are equal, then the case will be decided by the SHC&M&E Department.
General Instructions
- Admissions will be made purely on a merit basis as per eligibility criteria according to the Government Policy through a centralized/online system.
- Necessary instructions/guidelines, schedule, merit list, etc., will be uploaded from time to time on the web portal to facilitate the candidates. Before applying through the online system, candidates must read the “Instructions” and “Policy” available on the web portal.
- The candidates shall have to get themselves registered on the web portal nursing.phf.gop.pk to apply through the centralized online system.
- The candidates shall upload all the requisite original/attested documents i.e. copy of CNIC (Front & Back side), Domicile, Matric Certificate, and F.Sc Certificate.
- The admission shall only be confirmed after verification of credentials/educational documents including IBCC. In case of any wrong information/fake/fabricated documents found at any stage, admission shall be canceled along with disciplinary proceedings.
- The candidates shall have to pay an amount of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) as a non-refundable processing fee. Fee submission shall only be made on the voucher generated/downloaded from the portal. The fee shall be deposited in the designated account of the PHF in any branch of the Bank of Punjab well before the deadline for application submission to avoid any technical issues. The receipt shall be uploaded with the online application on nursing.phf.gop.pk.
- The deadline for application submission is 04:00 PM PST on 8th February 2025. In case of a public holiday on the closing date, the deadline shall be 04:00 PM PST on the next working day. They will not accept applications after the deadline.
- Applications received by mail directly to the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department/Punjab Health Foundation or Directorate General Nursing, Punjab, Lahore, or respective Nursing College shall not be considered/entertained.
- Only completely submitted online applications with all documents and application fees on the PHF portal, the department will entertain.
- Suppose a candidate, after her selection on merit, fails to give online consent within the stipulated period as mentioned on the portal. In that case, the authorities will struck their name from the admission process and the resultant vacant . the next candidate who falls next on merit, will get.
- Selected students shall get a stipend as per policy.
- The candidates will get the Hostel facilities according to government policy.
