Terms and Conditions
- Final appointment will be subject to the verification of education degree & experience certificates (any expense relating to hiring will be borne by the candidate/employee).
- Five years of general age relaxation will be given as per government notification No. SORI (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012.
- Candidates dismissed from service shall not be eligible to apply.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
- The candidate shall be liable to be disqualified at any stage of recruitment or employment in case of any false/forged information/documents provided (and will also be liable to legal action).
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. The date & time of the interview will be communicated through email/SMS by the University.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
- Applicants working in the university/institute recognized by the HEC or a reputed foreign university/organization must submit their applications through the proper channels.
- Complete original documents along with a set of attested copies will be provided at the time of the interview.
- The decision of the university on all matters shall be settled at the actual date of appointment.
- Selection will be made purely on merit.
- University reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
How to Apply?
- Candidates shall apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
- Candidates shall submit a duly filled-in Application form (online), along with the deposit slip of a prescribed fee in favor of NTS, a copy of CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs directly to the NTS headquarters, Islamabad (Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad) within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.
- Fee can be deposited online in any branch of HBL/UBL banks or ATM/Mobile Banking/Internet Banking/JS Bank Agents. Candidates will pay Rs. 600/- as a test fee.
- Candidates must apply separately for each post with a separate application fee.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date or closing office hours on the last day for submission of applications will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation as per government policy is included in the age limit.
- Applications submitted by hand or sent directly to the University of Child Health Sciences; Lahore will not be entertained.
- Candidates shall have to score at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify.
