APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Interested candidates are required to apply online through the official portal at https://pumhs.edu.pk/careers.html.
- It is mandatory to take a print of the same form and submit it along with the required documents.
- Candidates are required to upload documents, and recent photographs, and deposit the bank challan when applying online.
- After submission of the online application, candidates must download and print the generated bank challan for an amount of Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) deposited in Account No. 1690-7901327001, titled “PUMHSW Other Receipts Account,” at Habib Bank Limited (HBL).
- Attach the original paid bank challan with the application form and required documents.
- The applications must reach the Directorate of HRM, PUMHSW, Shaheed Benazirabad, by courier service or registered post. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
- Applications submitted after the due date will not be accepted.
- Each post must be applied for separately.
- Required PM&DC Experience Certificates and copies of Research Publications must be provided where required.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Age relaxation will be as per the Government of Sindh policy for regular/contributory pension schemes.
- The age limit for teaching and non-teaching posts on a contract basis for two years will be 65 years.
- The percentage in the contributory pension scheme will be as per the Government of Sindh policy.
- Incomplete applications or those missing required documents will not be entertained.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
- Applicants already in service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- The university reserves the right to cancel any advertised posts at any stage.
- Errors and omissions in the advertisement are subject to rectification by the university.
- Research Publications will only be counted until the closing date.
- All applications must be sent via courier; hand submissions will not be entertained.
