- Applicants are required to apply through an Online Application Form available at http://www.uoh.edu.pk/jobs-careers/.
- Applicants are required to provide an English translation of certificates i.e. postdoc, experience certificates, Project award letter, etc. in case of having non-English language certification/documents/award/project award letter.
- The candidates who have foreign degrees/certificates will have to provide equivalency certificates from HEC/IBCC, as the case may be.
- M.Phil/PhD Thesis Title and abstract of the thesis must be mentioned in the application form.
- The applicants have to deposit the application-processing fee through an online system-generated challan against each post, of Rs. 1500/- No Bank Draft, Pay Order, or IBT slip is acceptable. In case, a candidate fails to pay the deposit fee his application shall not be entertained.
- The applicant applying for more than one position has to submit a separate Application Form online with a separate application fee.
- The job processing fee is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and Non-adjustable.
- Condition of no 3rd division shall be relaxed, provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career.
- Last date for submission of the application is February 10, 2025 (Monday)
- After the online application, the applicants are required to submit a printed copy of the application along with an attested copy of all documents (Academic documents, Domicile, CNIC, Experience Certificates, Distinctions, and the first page of each research paper, etc.) to the office of the undersigned, on or before till 10-02-2025 The applicants are also required to upload one set of their complete documents in pdf format.
- In case a candidate has submitted an online application but fails to provide the printed application form along with all necessary documents by 10-02-2025, his application shall not be entertained and shall be considered rejected.
