Terms and Conditions
- For Academic Positions: a. The applicants are required to submit PM&DC Experience Recognition Certificates corroborating with the positions they are applying for. Consequently, the recognition certificate must be in process by the time of submission. b. Applicants possessing Experience Certificates issued by the University of Health Sciences or any other approved institution, who do not have the recognition from PM&DC, must initiate the recognition process. Therefore, submission of recognition certificates is compulsory. c. The university will determine the equivalency of Research Publication to the specialty of applicants.
- BPS employment shall not be considered as a contract.
- The university may adjust the number of posts without prior notice.
- Those having foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan / Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).
- The age of applicants should be between 21 to 55 years at the date of submission of the application.
- The University will call nly shortlisted candidates for interviews.
How to Apply?
- The application process will consist of two phases: a. Online submission b. Manual submission
- The applicants can pay the prescribed fee through bank challan available on the “forms.uhs.edu.pk” through Link or any branch of the Bank of Punjab. The applicants should attach the challan with the submitted application form. The details of the fee structure for BPS 17 & Above is Rs.2000/-
- Applicants must fill out the form carefully, and complete the application by entering their personal information, educational information, and experience details. After completing the form, download and print it. Finally, attach the fee challan and submit the hard copy to the address below.
- The printed form, along with attested copies of educational certificates, testimonials, CNIC, domicile, and passport-sized colored photographs, should reach the following address via registered mail or by hand submission at Diary & Dispatch Section, University of Health Sciences, Lahore on or before 26th February 2025, during working hours.
- The last date for submission of the application is 26th February 2025.
