Government of the Punjab Finance Department issued a Notification No. FD/Accounts /A8A/14 / 61(Vol-III) dated 12-02-2025 in connection with Payment Pay and Allowances in Advance Feb 2025 for the employees and pensioners of Punjab Province. The details are as follows:
Payment Pay and Allowances in Advance Feb 2025 Punjab
As per the Notification of Finance Department Punjab, keeping in view 1st and 2nd March 2025 being the gazetted holidays, i.e., Saturday and Sunday, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that pay & allowances and pension of Government employees/pensioners of the Government of Punjab can be disbursed on 28th February 2025 (Friday), as envisaged in Note-1 below Rule 5.1 (1)(e), Punjab Financial Rules, Vol-I.
Having the above in view, you are directed to take further necessary action accordingly for the disbursement of pay & allowances and pension on 28th February 2025 (Friday), positively.
