- Only candidates with the required qualifications for each post can apply online at www.molaw.gov.pk or through the National Job Portal www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days of this advertisement.
- The department will not consider applications submitted in hard form.
- Candidates must bring original documents when appearing for the test/interview.
- The Ministry of Law and Justice can increase, decrease, or cancel vacancies at any stage.
- Regional/local quota follows Rules 15 & 16 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1973.
- General age relaxation applies according to Federal Government rules and regulations.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
- The recruitment process will strictly follow Federal Government policies.
- The department will not consider late or incomplete applications.
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive calls for tests/interviews.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview participation.

- Selected candidates may receive postings anywhere in Pakistan.
- UDC and LDC candidates must complete a three-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) by NITB during the probation period. Failure to complete the course may result in termination.
