Terms & Conditions for DESC Job Opportunities 2025
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on their provided credentials. However, a detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified.
- All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website. Before applying or depositing the fee, they must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without this verification, they cannot apply.
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.
- Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.
- Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before submitting their applications.
- Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation will be granted as per government rules.
- Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Those applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications and fees.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies with a valid reason.
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
- Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalency certificates from HEC.
- Errors or omissions in the number of vacancies are subject to rectification.
How to Apply for DESC Job Opportunities 2025?
- Visit ETEA’s official website and submit the online application.
- After successful submission, a deposit slip will be generated containing the token number, project code, and candidate details.
- Print the deposit slip and pay the test fee via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL Bank, or UBL Omni agents.
- Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with you and do not share it.
- After applying, do not send any documents to ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates will provide documents as required.
- Online application forms will be available on www.etea.edu.pk starting March 26, 2025.
- The last date to apply online is April 20, 2025.
- Candidates will receive SMS notifications from ETEA to download and print their roll number slips. Do not provide a converted or ported mobile number.
- The roll number slip will mention the test date, time, and venue.
- No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test via post or courier.
