Job Positions and Requirements

1. Admin & Accounts Officer (PPS-7)

• No. of Posts: 1

• Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/16 years of education in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 10 years of post-qualification professional work experience in the relevant field. Prior experience in donor-funded and public sector projects will be preferred.

2. Computer Operators (PPS-4)

• No. of Posts: 2

• Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science with two years of relevant experience.

• Additional Requirement: Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.

3. Driver (PPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 3

• Qualification: Must have an LTV license.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of driving experience. Preference will be given to literate candidates.

4. Security Guard (PPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 2

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to literate candidates.

5. Runner (PPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 1

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Preference for literate candidates.

6. Supporting Staff / Naib Qasid / Sweeper (PPS-1)

• No. of Posts: 4

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Preference for literate candidates.

Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Duration: The initial contract is for up to two years, extendable based on performance and approval.

2. Selection Method: Merit-based selection considering competency and relevance to TORs.

3. Compensation Package: Approved Project-based salary as per qualifications and experience.

4. Location: All positions are strictly Quetta-based.
