The Punjab Finance Department issued a notification on 4 March 2025 regarding the Redesignation of the Special Secretary Finance in Punjab. The post of Special Secretary Finance (Budget & Resources) is now re-designated as Special Secretary Finance (Budget), and the post of Special Secretary Finance (Expenditure & Corporate Finance) is re-designated as Special Secretary Finance (Expenditure) with immediate effect.

Redesignation of Special Secretary Finance in Punjab

           No. E&A(FD)11-1/2005(Pt-II). The existing post of Special Secretary Finance (Budget & Resources), Finance Department is hereby re-designated as Special Secretary Finance (Budget), Finance Department with immediate effect.

               The existing post of Special Secretary Finance (Expenditure & Corporate Finance), Finance Department is hereby re-designated as Special Secretary Finance (Expenditure), Finance Department with immediate effect.
