Office of the Grievances Redressal Commissioner School Education Department issued a Notification on 27-03-2025 in connection with the Grant of Two Advance Increments to PST Teachers who were missed from any relief being already in BPS-14. The details are as follows:

Grant of Two Advance Increments to PST Teachers

As per the Notification that the SED Punjab issued, You are well aware that any person aggrieved of an action or inaction by the officer or Department concerned will have to file an application/Petition for redressal of his/her purported grievances before the Grievance Redressal Commissioner (GRC). In pursuance of Govt. of Punjab, Service & General Administration Department (I&C Wing) letter No. SO(SI&C-II)1-1/2023 dated 27.10.2023, the School Education Department vide Notification NO.EDU(E&A)1-35/2020 dated 17th November 2023, notified the Director Public Instruction (SE/BS-20), Punjab, Lahore as Grievance Redressal Commissioner (GRC), for ensuring adherence of grievances.

It is stated that MR. Sufi Muhammad Ramzan Inqlabi, Central President All Teachers Alliance, and Punjab Teacher Union Inqlabi Group Lahore submitted a petition before the Grievance Redressal Commissioner (GRC) regarding the grant of two Advance Increments to PST teachers who were missed from any relief being already in BS-14. I am directed to request you to look into the subject matter carefully to resolve the issues under law, rule/policy and submit the para-wise comments/report through a well-versed officer on 15-04-2024 at 01:00 am.
